VkusVill major owner to distribute 20% shares among employees
MOSCOW, Oct 14 (PRIME) -- Project Izbenka of the founder and main owner of Russian food chain store VkusVill Andrei Krivenko plans to transfer up to 20% of the retailer’s shares to some employees, VkusVill said in a statement on Thursday.
“The majority shareholder of the issuer intends to transfer to certain employees of the issuer shares representing up to 20% of the authorized capital – 2.5% of shares to each of such employees,” the company said.
The specified stake of shares may be distributed among eight employees.
Project Izbenka owns 86.04749% of VkusVill and Krivenko himself owns another 1.79035% in the retail directly, while Baring Vostok holds 12.16216%.
